The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was sparkling every day. The staff were the epitome of professionalism and were incredibly patient and polite. The on-site restaurant had a delightful ambiance and served up a delicious and varied breakfast spread. A free coffee machine in the lobby and complimentary bicycle rental were great perks. The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of fantastic restaurants just steps away and easy access to the old town and sightseeing spots within a short walk or drive.

We recently had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal and within walking distance to explore the city center. The staff was amazing, always available to help us out with any questions and requests we had. We appreciated the room service and housekeeping, which was prompt and efficient. The dining experience was memorable, and we really enjoyed the restaurant's impressive buffet breakfast.

The hotel has an exceptional location, right in the city center, making it convenient for exploring downtown Warsaw. It is also keen on public transport, making it easy to get around. The rooms are beautifully designed and fresh, with a clean and brand-new feel. The breakfast is one of the best, offering a wide range of delicious options. the friendly staff at the front desk and the cool vibe throughout the hotel make for a pleasant stay.

The rooftop bar can be difficult to reserve and the staff can be rude.

The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in the heart of the city center and offering easy access to nearby attractions. The atmosphere of the hotel was lively and cute, adding to the overall experience.

The payment process as I had paid more to reserve the right to cancel without any fees or deposits, but the money was still deducted from my account. It took additional effort to retrieve it through my bank, frustrating.

Conveniently located, comfortable and quiet rooms with nice AC, and modern design. Friendly and welcoming staff that provide complimentary coffee and tea. Good breakfast and breathtaking evening views from the rooftop bar. Enjoyable walk to the city center and an excellent place for young travelers.

The breakfast was scrumptious, and the restaurant had great Italian cuisine. We had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature in our room, but everything else was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience. we would highly recommend this hotel!
